Neurotypical

Lived Experience

I have been with EI since March 2020. I started working with neurodiverse children and struggled with how kids were being labelled and how it was not a strength-based approach, so I started my own practice to support children that learned differently. It was about making learning accessible and fun.

What I Do

There are two parts to my job, one is coaching and the other is working with organisations to develop programmes to help them become more inclusive by hiring more diverse individuals. I am a very visual and process-oriented person - I like to see the pieces coming together and how they all fit.

Some of my clients:

Roche
Convex
Man Group

"I want to say a big thank you for all your support in our coaching sessions and construction of the profile map. It really helped me realise the confidence issues I have in relation to my neurodiversity in the work space - and made me realise that I need to take steps to overcome this, and be kinder to myself. I also feel a lot more confident with highlighting my skills and personality traits, that are linked with my dyslexia and dyspraxia.

I'm so so grateful to you. I'm not sure I would have had the tools and confidence to go for a role like this before we met (I really mean that!) "
