Exceptional Individuals (we) are an employment partnership that aims to assist job-seekers/candidates with dyslexia or related neurodivergence during the recruitment process and with sustaining employment.

For that purpose, we keep CVs on file and (relevant) candidate, client and stakeholder information on our system/database.

Please note that you can always ask us to delete or amend your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DPA) or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
