I'm autistic and ADHD, and I live with several long-term conditions including fibromyalgia. Coming from a family of late-diagnosed neurodivergent people, I'm on an ongoing journey of self-discovery—learning how to unmask and embrace my authentic self. Professionally, I’ve supported disabled and neurodivergent people through my work on the Inclusivity Project, in student support roles, and in my current position as an Executive Assistant and Co-Chair of a Disabled Staff Network. I hold qualifications in ethics, justice, equality, diversity, and counselling, and I’m passionate about sharing the importance of neuroinclusion—whether through conversation, presenting, or writing. I’m driven by the power of storytelling and value creating space for intersectional experiences. I’ve led organisation-wide inclusion initiatives and, on a personal note, I proudly own a growing collection of fidget toys and neuroinclusion books!
