Neurodivergent; possessing Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and traits of ASD, coming from a lived experience perspective.
Sessions will focus on exploring and applying models and approaches to support personal strategy development.
Real-time visuals will be used to illustrate what is being discussed and described. Each topic will be holistically linked so that previous conversations and over lapping elements inform the content.
I believe that patience, understanding, and adaptability are all essential elements of learning and putting things into practice.

Ruth-Ellen approached the issues i raised with an intersectional lens and I felt comfortable talking to her about the problems I experience at work. She taught me about concepts that I wasn't aware of and directed me to resources that could be helpful.
I really enjoy the sessions with my coach and find them really helpful. I think she has a great way of breaking things down and creating really useful visual mindmaps. She is also just a comfortable person to share work place difficulties with to find effective strategies for moving forward.

Firstly, I will ensure that you understand how coaching can support you and what to expect. I'll make the coaching space feel as comfortable as possible for you as a neurodivergent individual. Sessions are tailored to you, including practical tools that may help you. We will focus on your strengths and how best to apply them in the workplace.
