Autism is considered to be a spectrum condition, which means that people with autism experience their condition differently. People with autism may have difficulty with communication and interpreting subtle interactions. For this reason, it can be difficult for people with autism to perform well in traditional job interviews, application processes, or in big team meetings.

However, each person with autism has their own unique talents which can include logical and objective thinking, strong visual memory and information retention, and perceptive attention to detail.

At Exceptional Individuals, we work with employers and autistic candidates to match the right people to the right roles and organisations. We have a database of candidates with autism who have uploaded their CV and interest in securing a job. We then help to create a match with employers from well-known companies by inviting our candidates to apply to jobs which suit their skill set.
