Website Exceptional Individuals
Are you passionate about raising awareness, promoting acceptance, and helping others thrive in a world that embraces neurodiversity?
We’re looking for creative volunteers to help us share stories, spark conversations, and educate others about neuroinclusion through engaging content — in any format that feels aligned with your strengths. Whether you love writing, filming, editing, or designing, there’s a place for your voice here.
🎥 What You’ll Be Doing
-
Create 1 to 3 content pieces per week (short or long-form — your choice!)
-
Choose your preferred content style: written articles, short-form videos, infographics, audio clips, reels, carousels, or a mix
-
Follow a simple content framework to help guide your creation process
-
Research or share insights around topics like neurodiversity, inclusion, accessibility, and advocacy
-
Collaborate with a supportive team that welcomes all working styles and communication preferences
💡 We value your creative process. You can contribute in the way that works best for your energy, strengths, and schedule.
🙌 What We’re Looking For
-
Creativity and a passion for creating engaging content
-
Interest or lived/living experience in neurodiversity or disability inclusion (optional but welcome!)
-
A curious mindset and willingness to explore ideas
-
Comfortable using basic tools for your chosen content type (writing, video, design, etc.)
No formal experience required — we welcome beginners, returners, and anyone wanting to build or refresh their portfolio.
🌍 The Difference You’ll Make
Your content will help:
-
Increase visibility and understanding of neurodivergent experiences
-
Educate individuals and organisations on creating more inclusive spaces
-
Improve how people find support through our platform
-
Shape public narratives in a way that celebrates neurodivergent strengths
🎓 What You’ll Gain
-
A professional portfolio of diverse content (with full credit)
-
Opportunities to upskill in content strategy, editing, and storytelling
-
Guidance, feedback, and optional mentorship
-
The chance to connect with a neurodivergent-friendly creative team
-
A meaningful role that many past volunteers have leveraged into paid work
This role is unpaid, but the experience and content you create can be a powerful launchpad for your career or personal mission.
