Neurodivergent

Lived Experience

I am a life-long Neurodiversity champion and advocate for people with learning differences. Pride of Britain award and Autism Professional of the year nominee and recognised by HRH, The Prince of Wales for heroism, international fundraising, and public speaking for the rights of people with disabilities.

As well as my role at E.I, I am the trustee at Dyspraxic Me, a peer to peer support group for those with dyspraxia. I also run a range of social action projects on the weekends.

What I Do

I lead our corporate partnerships focused on diversity and inclusion and servicing neurodivergent job seekers to overcome unconscious bias.

I am also responsible for the design and delivery of our Neurodiversity Employment Academy. Previous academies have partnered with the Department for Work and Pensions, UK and pharmaceutical company Rouche.

Continued Professional Development

I am incredibly passionate about bringing people together and celebrating the diversity of thought and enjoy nothing more than teaching individuals about the extraordinary gifts of a neurodiverse mind.

I love the outdoors, carpentry, exploring our beautiful world, and mildly obsessed with building homes for bunny rabbits in my spare time.

Nat is an amazingly inspirational person. When he came to Kinapse to talk to us about NeuroDiversity, without exception, everyone who attended said it was the best event we had ever held. It was interesting, educational, interactive and fun. We learned so much, and it prompted so much discussion around the organisation as a result.
Nat gives so much of himself to everything he does that he moves everyone he comes into contact with, both in terms of raising awareness of NeuroDiversity but also sharing his own personal inspirational story. I couldn’t recommend Nat and Exceptional Individuals highly enough - invite him in, and he will change your world!

Julie Cooke, Kinapse - Head of Talent Management

Nat and the Team at Exceptional Individuals delivered workshops within our business that had a significantly positive impact on leaders and managers. It was possibly one of the most engaging, honest and informing experiences with hugely positive feedback across the board. We have continued to work with the team to support our people and our selection process and look forward to more great workshops in the coming months.
