Cendrella Karam is a doctoral researcher in Cognitive Psychology, a Health Psychologist Trainee, and an advocate for neurodivergent inclusion in counselling and mental health services. Diagnosed with ADHD and living with CFS/ME, she uses her lived experience to challenge ableist norms in education and psychology. Cendrella is passionate about reshaping counselling practices by highlighting neurodivergent strengths such as emotional insight, direct communication, and authenticity in therapeutic relationships.
