About the job

 

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to enhance our cybersecurity team. This role is pivotal in protecting Kantar’s digital assets by identifying and analyzing emerging cyber threats. The Analyst will provide actionable intelligence that directly influences our security strategies and mitigates potential risks!

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring threat landscapes, conducting threat assessments, and delivering timely intelligence reports. By collaborating with various departments, the Analyst ensures a comprehensive security approach, contributing to our team’s overall effectiveness and resilience.

 

Job Goals

 

  • Collect and analyse cyber threat intelligence from various sources including open-source intelligence (OSINT), social media, dark web, and proprietary data.
  • Monitor and assess cyber threats that may impact Kantar’s networks, systems, and data.
  • Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and provide strategic recommendations to enhance the security posture of the organization.
  • Produce detailed intelligence reports and briefings for diverse audiences including senior management, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and share threat intelligence.

 

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

 

  • Strong understanding of cyber threat intelligence methodologies and frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, Kill Chain).
  • Proficiency in threat intelligence platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of various cyber threats, threat actors, and their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GCIH are a plus.
  • Proficiency in analysing and interpreting complex data sets to identify potential threats.
  • Knowledge of network security technologies and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with threat intelligence platforms and tools.
